Our shipping department can usually process orders up to 3PM EST Monday through Friday. Call us if you have a rush shipment near the end of the business day and we will do our best to get it out.
AMG Bolting Solutions uses UPS, FedEx and USPS to ship most products. Any claims regarding your shipment must be filed with AMG Bolting Solutions within 5 business days of delivery. Claims filed after that time may not be honored.
Should your items arrive damaged – it is important that you refuse the shipment and indicate to the driver that the shipment is damaged.
Certain products can only be shipped using a ground shipping method. Because of the chemicals involved in these products, they cannot be shipped via any air method. To expedite shipping we will sometimes have the order shipped from one of the manufacturers warehouses around the country whenever possible.
*Extra Haz-Mat Fees will apply if certain chemical products are shipped Next Day Air*
Shipping Promotions – AMG Bolting Solutions ships “Free Shipping” items the most economical way using USPS, FedEx or UPS. Delivery for “Free Shipping” items is usually in about 3 business days. These promotions are limited to items below 140lbs, and which meet certain size and packaging constraints. Items that cannot be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground do not qualify for these promotions. Freight & Truck Line shipments are not Ground shipping.

We accept returns up to 30 days after you receive your order. In order for us to be able to accept your return, your items must be in good condition, and be in the original packaging. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and a restock fee may apply to returns.
When you receive your shipment, please inspect the packaging carefully. Note any damage to the package with the driver at the time of delivery. Again, restocking fees may apply.
Please provide up to 7-10 days for returns to be inspected once we receive it.

This option will usually be the quickest way to solve your issues. Service Centers can usually provide parts and/or service on the spot and get your tool working in no time. For a list of the nearest Service Centers, please visit the web site of your tool’s manufacturer.

Returns must be post-marked, within 30-Days from the date received and in re-sellable condition to avoid a restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on non-defective items, unless damaged in shipment.

• The product is securely packaged to avoid damage
• The product is sent with all of its parts and manuals
